What we collect, how it's used, and how to reach us.
Information we collect
When you sign in with your organization's Microsoft account, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier from Microsoft. We do not receive or store your Microsoft password.
Contact data
The app displays contact lists your employer has assigned to you — names, phone numbers, and email addresses of colleagues. This data is retrieved live from our servers each time you open the app and is not stored on your device.
Push notifications
If you enable notifications, we store a device token to deliver messages your employer sends through the app. You may disable this at any time in your device settings.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Data is used solely to provide the directory service to your employer's organization.
Data retention and removal
Access to contact data is controlled entirely by your Directory Portal administrator and can be revoked at any time. Contact support@isync365.com with questions about your data.
